Billing and Insurance Specialist - Will answer any questions regarding your claims or explanation of benefits.

New & Established Patient Insurance Specialist - Handles and sets up all new patients. Also handles all established patients, new demographics and new insurance information.

Medical Receptionist - Handles and receives all new patients' medical records and requests from those moving/leaving the practice.
